Copycattakedown kit

Someone copied your product on SHEIN, Temu, Amazon, AliExpress, Etsy or eBay? Fill this in once and get a ready-to-send takedown notice plus the exact place to file it. Your images never leave this page.

Images stay in your browser

Both files are read and built into your PDF on your own device. We never upload, see or store them.

You stay in control

The tool prepares the notice. You review it, sign it and file it yourself, so nothing goes out in your name without you.

Ready in about two minutes

Fill it once and get the notice, the filing playbook and the evidence pack together.

How this works

1

Tell us about your work

Your details and a copy of your original, so the notice is valid and complete.

2

Point to the copycat

The platform and a screenshot of the listing that copied you.

3

Get your notice and file it

A ready-to-send takedown notice, the exact place to file, and an evidence PDF.

1 You and your original

This goes into the notice. A valid copyright notice legally needs your real name, address and a phone number, that is normal. This tool is for copied artwork, designs or photos. A stolen brand name or logo is a trademark matter, a different process.

2 The copycat

Where the stolen version is listed, and proof of it.

Questions

Is the Copycat Takedown Kit really free?

Yes. You build the takedown notice, the filing playbook and the evidence PDF without paying or creating an account. We only ask for an email when you download the evidence PDF, so we can send you new free seller tools.

Do my images get uploaded anywhere?

No. Your original artwork and the copycat screenshot are read and built into the PDF entirely in your browser. They are never sent to or stored by Seller Secret Society. The only thing that leaves your device is your email.

Which platforms does it cover?

SHEIN, Temu, AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy and eBay each have their own filing playbook with the official reporting page and what that platform needs. There is also a general option for any other marketplace.

Is this legal advice?

No. The tool prepares a copyright notice for you to review, sign and file yourself. A takedown notice includes a statement made under penalty of perjury, so only file for work you own or are authorized to represent. Always confirm the platform's current reporting page before you submit.

What are my chances of getting the copy removed?

A clear copyright notice with proof of your original is the kind platforms act on most often. Most reply within a few days to two weeks. If a copycat comes down and the seller relists, filing again is quick once you have done it once.
