Privacy policy

Seller Secret Society is run by Todor Todorov (F5 Design Studio) from Bulgaria. Questions about your data go to todor@f5designstudio.com. We answer within 30 days.

• Your account: the email you log in with, your name, and your Skool handle, which we use to confirm you are a member of the community.
• Login codes: a 6-digit code we email you. It expires after a short time and is only used to sign you in.
• Shops you add: the Etsy shop names you enter, and the data Etsy's API returns for them. For your own shop that is its public listings (titles, tags, descriptions, photos, prices) and public shop figures such as sales count, reviews and active listing count.
• Our findings: trademark flags, listing scores and the fixes we suggest. These are ours, not Etsy's.
• What you give the AI tools: the text you paste into the Listing Writer and similar tools, and what comes back.
• Product Validator: the listing links and keywords you check, listings you choose to watch, and the review briefs you run. For watched listings we keep daily numbers only (stock, views, favorites, review count) and the shop's public sales count, no listing text.
• Credits: how many AI credits you have used this month.

We do not collect buyer names, addresses or order details. We never ask for your Etsy password.

You connect your shop through Etsy's own sign-in screen. When you connect, you choose what to allow there, and we only ask for what a feature needs: for example reading your draft listings to screen them before they go live, editing a listing when you press Apply on a fix, or reading your own sales for the profit tools.

We never change a listing without you pressing a button that says what will change. Every change keeps the previous version so you can undo it.

The access key Etsy gives us is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from your profile or from your Etsy account settings, and Delete my shop data removes everything at once. When you disconnect, we delete that key.

Pin Creator can post your pins to your own Pinterest boards. You connect through Pinterest's own sign-in screen and allow reading your account name and boards, making boards, and making pins. We never ask for your Pinterest password.

A pin is posted only when you press Post on that pin, to the board you picked, with the title, description, alt text and link shown next to it. We keep the ID of each pin we posted for you, so the tool can show it as posted.

The access key Pinterest gives us is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time in Pin Creator or in your Pinterest settings. When you disconnect, we delete that key.

The free shop check on the homepage reads a shop's public listings from Etsy's API. The result is kept for under six hours so a repeat check does not call Etsy again, then deleted. Text you paste into the free title check is not saved.

To count free checks per day we keep a one-way hash of your connection address and the date, never the address itself, and delete it after two days.

If you ask for the Monday pick or your shop check by email, we keep your email address, where you signed up and when you confirmed. Nothing is sent before you click the confirmation link, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we keep the address only to make sure nothing more is sent.

• Listing titles and photos shown in the tools are re-read from Etsy whenever they are more than six hours old, and our cached copy is dropped after 7 days without use.
• Listing text used by the daily trademark-filings check is replaced at every weekly scan and deleted 14 days after a shop stops being scanned.
• Competitor listings shown as new are deleted 30 days after we last saw them.
• Product Validator results are kept for six hours. Review quotes in a brief are removed six hours after the brief is made; the brief itself stays until you delete it. Daily numbers for a watched listing are deleted when nobody watches it any more.
• Scan findings and scores are kept while the shop is in your account, so you can see changes over time.
• Your account stays until you leave the community or ask us to delete it.

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Neon stores the database.
• Resend sends the login codes, alert emails and the Monday email.
• Anthropic runs the AI writing tools. Text you send to those tools goes to Anthropic's API to produce a result.
• Etsy provides shop and listing data through its API.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not use Etsy data to train AI models.

One cookie keeps you signed in. The site also remembers small settings in your browser, such as light or dark mode and which menu sections you collapsed. There is no advertising or tracking cookie.

You can remove any shop from your account at any time. From your profile, Delete my shop data removes every shop you added and everything we stored about them in one step.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your whole account by writing to todor@f5designstudio.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
