How does the trademark check work?

Once a week Shop Guard reads every active listing in your shop, up to 500 per shop, and checks each title, tag and description against 959 brand names and protected phrases, judged in context. Every day it compares new US trademark applications with your words, and every Friday the UK journal, and emails you when one matches.
